Story behind the song
I was working as a contractor for JPMorganChase for less than two weeks and one day was told I had 20 minute pack up my office and leave the building. I was told I bad mouthed the company and an employee which firmly believe I never did. Anyhow, I was never given a chance to defend myself. Texas is an at will state. This was the first time I was ever fired. I was first filled with anger and then extreme sadness. I wrote this and recorded it that afternoon.
