I currently perform as a solo artist and singer/songwriter. All of my recordings were recorded, mixed, and produced from start to finish in my home studio. My original songs are somewhat eclectic but I would generally categorize them as a fusion of rock, blues, folk/country, funk, and jazz.

Story behind the song
One of my earliest original songwriting attempts, I used my acoustic guitar to compose the verses and chorus to this song on July 4th 1976, during a vacation road trip to New Mexico's Carlsbad Caverns. The extended intro on acoustic guitar parts was first conceived of and added to the arrangement in 2009. The lyric content was inspired by reading Carlos Castaneda's book, "Tales of Power". The song was finally recorded in 2013 with Bryan playing all instrument parts including the dbl. bass drum trap set.
