I am a composer? Hey make sure you check out all the ads on my page. Rampant commercialism is so awesome.

Story behind the song
i lifted grains from FDR's "A day which will live in infamy" speech and filtered them with a text about isolationism in terms of personal identity (rugged individualism), national identity (foreign policy), and metaphysical identity (particle physics). This piece is the first of a series of pieces that will explore this possibility. It is also the first in a series of pieces that will explore these particular materials. The tools I have been creating thus far have all been in the service of this idea-system, although they have lent themselves to many other applications, seeing as they are so general.
