Story behind the song
I watched a compilation on YouTube of GW Bush's frequent misstatements and was fascinated how he can be such an obvious imbecile and yet at the same time be devious enough to fool so many people around the world for so long. His own phrase "People misunderestimate me" figures prominently in the song and illustrates perfectly this dichotomy.
