My story begins in a small town, not too many have heard of. Born into a loving, supportive family that exudes what southern hospitality is all about. I grew up with a hymnal in my hand, practically singing in church every Sunday morning. My first solo was at the age of 7, was not extravagant, but perhaps fitting since it was in church. In the following years I trained in tap, ballet, and jazz techniques. Talent competitions consumed every bit of my free time. Growing up, any audience was a chance for me to better my talent. I would stand on the hearth in my living room and put on a show. Even so, that my parents claim this was a Saturday night event and had been since I was 3 years old. It wasn't long after, I began taking professional vocal lessons from Bob Westbrook and the rest is history. It planted a seed and my passionate desire grew from there. I've traveled all over the United States singing, competing with various groups (Mississippi Showstoppers, Swingin Sisters, NFL Jackson All Star Dancer). One audition landed me a great job as a performer at Walt Disney World. After I settled in Orlando, I was lucky enough to sign a Artist Development deal with Transcon Entertainment. It was there I toured with MTV Productions while filming Making the Band with J Records recording artist, O-town. Most recently, I had the opportunity to open for Tracey Lawrence. I currently work as a Spokesmodel for various events. I have promoted Dodge Daytona 500, Sterling Film Festival, Pepsi Daytona 500, General Motors, Budweiser Bike Week, Gillette, and various other tradeshows. I also just completed writing my first book. I'm writing songs now for my upcoming release. I have such a passion for performing songs that mean something and have a message. I know God made me to do what I love and that is music.
