Story behind the song
One day, after practicing my normal music, I sat down at my keyboard and banged the first draft of this out in eight minutes. A bit of polishing and tweaking later, and I had this, my most challenging piece. I learned it well enough to play it at the recital in May (though it could have used more practice). I'm happy with this one. It's got its ups and downs with plenty of emotion, and... well... it's all good.
