Lyrics
I’ve been doing some thinking, about the way to charity To really care and to reach out in love, that’s the man I want to be And I’ve been driving to get on, the road to happiness To have a heart that reflects real joy, and have a shining countenance Remain with me, I’ll remain with you Remain with me, I’ll remain with you Remain with me, I’ll remain with you Remain with me, I’ll remain with you I’ve been striving to find it, that path to real tranquility To end the strife and to live in peace, a lasting warm civility Yes I’ve been trying for too long, to do it on my own So I’ll just remain with you, ‘cause that’s when the fruit is grown
