spring fever in february lost in a feeling i cant describe to anyone dazed and disoriented lake erie winds carry my thoughts to another place all is young and all is old it is now warm when it should be cold and the eagle eye spots the boy as he staggers along the way lost in the witching hour i feel love but the light is all out of focus balancing on common ground i'm looking down while the towers are looming overhead a livid soul with innocent eyes a tear from one who never cries and the eye loses sight for a moment as visions fade away all the eyes of countless years time past is unbelieveable i'm peering out thru windblown tears and everything seems beautiful - when i'm lost surreal thoughts evolve in squals i raise my hand to shield my eyes from dust and debris i try to see the perimeter but i just can't quite make it out - what it is i'm looking for all is done and all is told the answer is never typed in bold but i seek to solve the puzzle that is self-induligent anyway all the eyes of countless years time past is unbelieveable i'm peering out thru windblown tears and everything seems beautiful - when i'm lost i dig deeper into the soul a broken winter briefly reveals what was hiding under the snow the ice thaws so fast i can see it as it slips all away beyond my reach lost in the volatile downtown winds a breath of fresh air now dispersed want my thoughts and my life to reconcile the boy will be lost for a long, long while (c) Christopher Foldi
