Just starting out w/ this 1. It has lyrics, which I may end up singing, because our singer doesn't like to sing dirty words. It's a rough instrumental at this point, kind of Jazzy (like if Steely Dan liked Rock). No fadeout yet at the end.

Right now it is just me. I forgot that most musicians are kind of flaky, but I know there are some dedicated ones out there.
Starting off working on unfinished songs & hopefully (over time), we'll get this all finished. Anybody that has lyrical ideas are welcome to pitch them to me on the songs in CAPITALS & "Throw It All Away."

Story behind the song
I think some of these lyrics are pretty good, while some are silly (sort of like the Matrix movies).
Lyrics
Judging The Judgemental (Lyrics by Roger Hurst) There is a place the brothers gather around and pray to the source without a putting him down. Enter the monastary seeking it's sanctuary. (Praying up there). See us in habits enthroned at a basketball game. Cheering with the crowd and then crying out loud. Then we go back to temple. Where we can judge the judgemental. (Judging the judgemental). Father! They are not like me. They pee, breath, shit, scheme. And here one day I'll go back where I came. I'll go back where I came. Will you? (Judging the judgemental). Once I had the house, the wife, and children. Where did it go? You know, I had to move on. Putting the robes to use and cloaked in a hooded gown I hid my problems. Praying all day to the god of everything. Then calling my flocks and then collecting my thoughts. Then we go down to temple where we can judge the judgemental (Judging the judgemental). Father! They are not like me. They pee, breath, shit, bleed. And o-one day I will figure it out I will figure it out I will figure it out I will figure it out. Figure it out again. (Pray to the lord) 6 times We live up here. You live down there. You eat ice cream and live beyond your means. We sing to god. We sing out loud. We say a prayer for evetrything. (Judging the judgemental). There is a place the brothers gather around and party and joke without making a sound. Enter the monasary seeking it's sanctuary. Hiding problems (secrets). When we down on our cots at night we never argue and you know we don't fight. Then we go back to temple where we can judge the judgemental. (Judging the judgemental). Brother! They are not like me although they do all of the same things. I will figure it out 4 times Figure it out again. (Pray to the Lord) 6 times We live up here. You live down there. You eat ice cream and live beyond your means. You seek revenge. (fading out) You seek remorse. You want to give the voters a choice.
