Half a mile off of the coast of Half Moon Bay is located a prime surfing spot known as Mavericks. At once, this surfing spot is both cool (big waves) and dangerous (the waves break close to a reef). This song tries to reflect that duality. I was inspired by this surfing spot and wrote this song.
