Anna Fisher and Jawge Hughes present fresh new sounds. A fusion of reggae, hip-hop, jazz, r&b, classical and latin make this albums' songlist oustandingly class
Irie Greetings Massive, Anna Fisher here hailing you up from the Golden State, specifically Los Angeles. I'll be blunt, you need to take a listen to a cool sound that we're getting on an oboe and and English horn rubbing against the luscious keyboard stylings of, Jawge Hughes. When I first started taking lessons, the usual knee jerk response was, "What's an oboe?" although the savvy few with some degree of musical education would respond, "Gorgeous instrument the oboe, but it's one of the hardest instruments to play! What made you choose oboe?" and I usually respond, "Yes, hard, but I love the sound sooooooo much!" Listen to any classical symphony or opera and tell me the oboist's melodies aren't the most beautiful, well at least equally as gorgeous as the English horn or French horn's mournful and triumphant solos. But an orchestra is like any team and every member is interdependent. No one instrument is more or less important than another except for those who carry the most important solos and nail them flawlessly night after night! This comes with years of practice and commitment. Please listen closely, this music has lots of fresh ideas you're sure to appreciate. We felt it was time for something new that we weren't hearing out there and made a commitment to create this lifesong. So here we are and here's our sound. Please sign the message board with your ideas and if you think your friends will like it, pass it on. Please help us change the world, one heart at a time, right now! Thank you very much, Peace, One Love and Light, Anna Fisher

A tribute to my teachers and all those kind people who took time and had patience to answer my complicated questions! Healing happens when you help others. Thanks especially to Vincent 'Chen' Licata for taking the time to help me realize my vision, building tracks on my melodies and lyrics with your guitar and bass are exceptional! Couldn't have done it without you. Drew Leone on congas. Ladies and Gentleman! Love you all! I once wept I had no shoes, then met a man with no feet. Reach out Brothers and Sisters! PEACE Please Educate All Children Everywhere! One Love, Anna Fisher aka Oboelady
Lyrics
MENTORS TAKE YOUR PLACES Mentors take your places On this stage that we call "Life" There're far too many dying All too weak from stress and strife. Think of those devoted ones Who had the faith in you To take the time to show you How to make your dreams come true The more time that you spent with them The sooner that you knew It really wasn't them at all The assurance came from you Mentors you are needed On the frontlines of this war To help the youths And lead them Whether homeless, rich or poor. These children are the leaders In tomorrow's busy world Stretching their horizons Like a butterfly unfurled A mentor is a teacher A counselor a guide A coach or a big brother And a tutor on the side These selfless people rarely get The credit they are due The seldom know they've touched a life That may've belonged to you If more of us would get involved Only time would tell No one can truly help another Without helping themselves as well Mentors take your places On this stage that we call "Life" There're far too many dying All too weak fro stress and strife Think of those devoted ones Who had the faith in you To take the time to tell you How to make your dreams come true To take the time to tell you How to make your dreams come true To take the time to tell you How to make your dreams come true. by Anna Fisher copyright 1993 MOLIN MUSIC
