Written for the Yamaha MU80 which I had recently acquired but this performance is on an MU100R. The second in the Final Frontier series it marks a growing familiarity with the XG level one system and its capabilities. I was still using a very basic sequencer on the Archimedes (remember those?) at the time, and the only way I could save portamento, filter and envelope settings was to do a SysEx dump from the MU80!!! I remember acquiring Cakewalk 3 shortly afterwards and running it on an elderly 386 - my first PC! In fact I believe final editing was done on this song in Cakewalk - I couldn't believe how much control you had with it compared with what was available for the Archimedes.
