basically started out as a click-track to keep tempo so I could practice doing an arpeggio/tapping combo technique and it turned into this little ditty. catchy project if I say so myself, so, enjoy
I've always dreamed of being able to pull of shredding leads like the big timers in guitarland but I've never quite "got it" I suppose you'd say. So for the last couple days I've spent hours inside my head visualizing the fretboard, my fingers, and the sweet sound of those beautiful sweeps that I'm pretty sure every guitarist would love to be able to rip out. Last night I sort of started to get it a bit even though its still pretty sloppy and I have no idea what I'm doing it made me feel awesome when my ears were telling me that my fingers were doing what I've wanted them to do the entire 3 years I've been playing lead guitar. I played bass from the time I was like 13 / 14 up until about 19 and then gave up playing almost all together for a few years. No bands, no jammin, no recording, no anything. anyway long story longer, I think I'm FINALLY starting to "get it". Feel free to leave comments, criticism, advice, etc on the message board if you just happen to read this. Thanks in advance.
