Pop rock with a classic flavor
I made a living playing music all over the US and Canada, for several years. During that time, I had the opportunity to play with The Shirelles, The Coasters, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Lou Christie, The Platters, Danny and the Juniors, The 5th Dimension, and Gary US Bonds. While I was on the road, I also had the opportunity to hang out with Joey Molland (Badfinger), Foghat, Reba, Marvin Gaye, Tom T. Hall, Ray Sawyer (Dr. Hook), Three Dog Night, Jan and Dean, Joey Dee, Al Rappa (Bill Haley's Comets) and Rare Earth, along with hundreds of other nice people (and 7 jerks). I just can't remember all their names right now. Everything you hear (all the vocals and instruments) was played by me, and recorded on a beat up Fostex X-15 four track cassette recorder in a small apartment. They came out pretty well, considering what I had to work with. They're Good Housekeeping approved and everything! Everyone who hears them agrees: Way better than a kick in the pants!

Lyrics
I walk these weathered sands alone And think about the long ago This beach alive in sunshine And you Lookin cool On your towel blue She shoots a smile across the breeze Finds its mark with simple ease A moment in the sunshine Rings true For me and you But that was long ago Rusted reflections flush with youth Saved on the shelf, like bittersweet fruit From a Mason jar That's what you are A notion that was once so fine Twisted by the hands of time Lights on a perch so narrow To sing a song And then is gone I wandered my old neighborhood Saw my house, and thought I should Find comfort there But it never came Just fallin rain Had to walk away To see what I once had I wrote myself a letter An archive in the present tense To tell me not to dwell within the past Memories last But they always bow To the here and now
