1. Leasing Rights (Prices vary $50-100 E-MAIL FOR PRICE): With leasing rights you can use the beat for only one profitable commercial recording or broadcast purpose, you will have non-exclusive rights to the beat. Perfect for use on low budget albums ect. I still own any beat i have leased and can continue to lease that instrumental. When leasing a track you will receive the beat on data CD in wav format untagged and a contract stating your non-exclusive rights to the beat.
2. Exclusive Rights (prices vary $100+, E-MAIL FOR PRICE): Exclusive rights will allow you to use the beat for all profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. Exclusive rights are sold to only one person and will not be resold. Beats sold exclusively will be taken off the website. When purchasing exclusive rights you will receive the untagged beat in wav format on data cd, the beat all tracked out with each section solo'd out in wav formats and an exclusive rights contract granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental.
3. Custom Beats Are Never Uploaded to the site (E-MAIL For Prices): A custom beat is made to your description and laid out the way you want it laid out.
