SL and G.I.Pro go back a long time, first established in 1998. Back then these two created dope hiphop. They have kept contact with each other and helped each other through the years. SL heads the group Repeat Offenders while G.I.Pro and Tex operate Head Of Command. R.O. and H.O.C. have performed together on several occassions and threw around the idea of making something new together again. This is the result.
