We have been playing covers as well as our own original music around the Windsor/Detroit scene together for around 6 years, strong. The two main members and founder of PurpleOrange include: Dann Allaire, (lead, Back-up vocals, Lead, rhythm guitar, Percussion, Piano, etc.) & Tim Pinnegar (lead, back-up vocals, rhythm guitar, percussion etc.) We are known for our wide variety of cover tunes, with a huge 600+ song set list as well our own original material with a deep, acoustical/alternative feel. Definetly in a original class of it’s own. If you like music you are sure to like ours.

Story behind the song
I wrote this song a long time ago. My buddy Dave and I were sitting at this girls house a couple blocks over, laughing at some sort of double dip paper, wierd. I just got up abd said "I'll be right back in a sec". I ran home and wrote this song. It took me about 10 minutes for the whole thing. Sometimes it just flows. The song makes me think of dreaming about flying, so there ya go,,, "Dream the Ride".
