Years ago I dabbled in making soundtrack-type music. I experimented with musical ideas which were soon dispensed with. This tune stuck with me. Having listened to Tomita recently, my eyes (and ears) were opened to the potential of using synthesizers to create something more 'human' than what is normally associated with the instrument.
