To be a pummeled productive proud member of this madness, known as existence. Exercising ink to excited experiences of pain, love, & politics. Rhyming words while expressing alliteration altering minds to create a new nation. Nabraska is a poet who sprouted from the cornfields and sunflower patches of the Midwest state, where he claims his name. This seed of poetry was inspired to write at an early age, won 1st place in several writing contest, and with confidence went to college to pursue a degree in history. Refused to ride the rainbow that so many have traveled. No new stops, all that is is that which has been done. Originality, a quality that few posses. After years of studying and working, this seed grew into a nice solid plant, with plans on performing poetry. He arose healthily with the support of rainfall, and deep roots, planted firmly in black soil. From being a regular on the Omaha and Atlanta scene, to hosting his own website, to winning slams, Nabraska began to bloom. Acapella, from the same fella’ who brings unknown poems to underground flowin’ sessions, stop guessin’ I am the griot, growin’ from the flatlands known as Nabraska.. His lyrical flow is distinctive and easily understood; his music will take you on a whirlwind of emotional notes. His performances are described as an interactive journey into the soul of a poet. He can be found throughout the Midwest, South, Internet, and any other region he can find. Ladies, ladies, LADIES, and gentlemen, I give you NABRASKA I am a poetwhose heart percolates through painful programmed experiences executed by excited endorphins that ignites as ink flows on parchment Look into the eyes to explore the eternal flame that sparks as words are spoken from unsatisfied stories of stained heartbreak I can no longer wait for dates and rape my mind incarcerated in time’s tense cell I have a story to tell, people to meet, greet, and grab inspiration from I am Nabraska, but the poetry but the poetry Is neva, eva, done
