Is not even country, but that's the closest. Is not alternative, but again that's the closest.
I will say it again this is not a proper band.I do have a proper band,a duo, really (I actually have two),but again is not what people usually would call a band.
Not really a band. Only little old me. But the fact it's that is open to other people to join if they want to.Usually they don't.So it is a solo act, but it's more of a project than me being all singer-songwriterish...kind of complicated. Kind of hip as well, I suppose. It isn't intentional. I started thinking about this before knowing about Bright Eyes, or Badly Drawn Boy or Iron&Wine and that kind of stuff.

Story behind the song
Inspired by: When I have a relationship with someone it takes a lot of time for me to get used to them, and my love is pretty cold at the beginning, while they usually burn away for me...then they turn cold (I guess also because I’m cold at the beginning) RIGHT when I’m starting to love them more and more.So they left.No wonder that I have an hard time with love life... When:Evening.Just after supper. Where:Sitting on a chair before my faithful recorder in my room. Music:I was recording other songs,as I explained I often do for remembering them.
Lyrics
Trust&Suspect (Jul 2000) I was thinking about a laughing You were thinking about a life Then I thought about a loving And I found out you weren’t mine On the stairs I climbed so often You were always on the top But when finally I reached the last step A refuse was all I got I missed the right time Always miss this time I miss the last time When I thought that you were mine If you give me a gift a ring Is for free or have I to pay? If you take me under your wing All that means I have to stay? I need time to love you listen Listen darling I don’t trust I don’t trust in god in heaven But I trust ye if I must
