First, Rod tips me off to the phat new soundhack plugins. Then, I get hooked on +Chebyshev, their C.P. waveshaper. Then I did some research on how the shit works, built a simple plugin for my sequencer, and experimented live with sine wave grains and single-cycle sinewave pulsarets. There was a huge dc offset in the recording for some reason (i suspect my plugin has something to do with this) and soundhack didn't like it. so i transfered it to 16 bit (SC localhost records in 32) and dragged it into DP where i was able to apply a dc notch which saved the recording. I really like the subaudio threshold shit at the end. Tasty-licious.
