"Joe Huettner makes the world a better place" - Jess Blasko, Ithaca, New York Originally from a small farm in South Central Pennsylvania, JOE HUETTNER's pursuits in music led him to the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where he plans to major in Songwriting. “I don't think people want to hear about sadness all the time, and that seems to be a majority of the songs on the radio now,” says Huettner. “I want to get some happiness out there, but without sacrificing musical quality. However, if a sad song is written, I won't hesitate to let people hear it. Unless it sucks." As well as Songwriting, Joe's interests include playing the electric bass, reading up on Roman history, and being a diehard fan of the Boston Red Sox.

Story behind the song
"I'm still unsure as to whether this song is serious or not." - J.G.H. Why the name Angela? "Why not? It starts the phrase off suddenly, and I like that. I tried using [my girlfriend's name] Lydia, since she influenced it. But the L-sound didn't hit as well as I thought. So, there is no Angela. But if your name is Angela, well, this is for you." "The original version also said I'd be asleep for 'eight more hours,' - and at that time, yes, I was that lazy. I didn't want to portray myself in that way. And I go the math wrong on the sun - it's actually ninety-three million miles away. But I was close."
Lyrics
Angela always falls asleep around 11:30 I don't know how she does it It's much too early for me Chorus: I'm a night owl I'm a night owl There's no reason to close my eyes Baby, lie down 'cause this night owl Will be here when you arise She wakes up at 6:00 and by 6:15 she's in the shower At 7:00 she's gone, but I won't feel alone for five more hours (Repeat Chorus) In the morning When the eastern sky is finally turning gray And my enemy is only ninety-eight million miles away Then I can end this lonely vigil and turn my back against the light And live to fight another night Her breathing is slow - How I wish I could know what dreams she follows But I'll remain here - There's no reason for fear She'll be safe tomorrow (Repeat Chorus)
