Story behind the song

I stumbled across a very well hidden sample on Fruity Loops. It was simply Titled "29". 

seeing this title for the first time would hardly suggest it's origin or description as an instument/sample. So i delved deeper into its intruege.

I checked it out and saw how much potential it had sped up and slowed down (not so much as normal speed). I used a slow version through out the beat. and used a sped up version on the hook and 2nd half of verses.
