Story behind the song
Spending a little down time at the swampy corner of the pond - I found I wasn't alone as a beautiful Dragonfly came to keep me company. It was the heat of the day and he was quite active. Darting around and hoving in the air like a crafty little pilot. I was amazed as I watched him bounce about in the air like a ball on a string. He landed on a fallen tree sticking out of the water and sat there calm and quiet - I was wondering if he even noticed me. How Alien he looked - I remember thinking to myself - like a tiny Spacecraft from a miniture world - checking us out. Then just as quickly as he appeared he vanished again. He was a pleasent distraction just the same - Much like this tune I produced to reflect that odd moment of experience. Give it a listen and let your imagination play for a moment.
