Composed of rappers King Self, Negashi Armada and rapper/uber-producer Dope Pope, Supreeme is a direct result of the growing convergence of urban style and high-end craftsmanship. The frequency of this blend increases daily in different mediums of expression; whether it be in fashion, art, technology or music. This exchange is still grossly lopsided; so far the rich have merely exploited and exhausted the vast resources of street culture. Supreeme represents this equation finding balance, the people of the streets (in our case Atlanta) taking pride in their urban expression to create timeless art as if museum curators await it in the not so distant future. All three members of Supreeme come from very distinct and different backgrounds and with those distinctions come an array of influences.
