I have 3 fully produced CDs. Mostly acoustic. My 3rd album, "elements," is comprised of 12 songs spanning the full spectrum of relationships. From the first tug of the heart string to the first salvo of war to saying goodbye in a style best suited for today’s reality TV. I wrote a a wedding song, "Now It’s We," which is built upon a lyrical foundation of trust, respect and friendship is the centerpiece of "elements." Each song on “elements” represents its own story, yet the complete collection of songs creates an interwoven narrative of family, friends, emotion, and personal perspectives of societal struggles.

Story behind the song
Two weeks before my sister Tracy's wedding, she asked me to write a song and sing it - at - her - reception. I reminded Tracy that it took me five years just to write our grandma's song, "Family". I told her it was impossible. No, I wouldn't do it. I hung up the phone, and started playing what became "Now It's We". But, to finish the lyrics, I asked the people that l love what they thought mattered most in a marriage. I came to understand that all good relationships require a foundation of trust, respect, love, and friendship. I tried to convey this in the song. As she often does, my wife, Natalie, helped me edit the lyrics but also contributed to writing them as well. I played the song at my sister's wedding. It was the first time many of my relatives heard me play. The following year, we used the lyrics in our own wedding vows. Then, shortly after "Threads" was released, a couple in Australia played the song at their own wedding. I couldn't have asked for more.
Lyrics
You...and me this day...becomes we and we, carve out our home This knot...fit to be tied as we...watch our mom’s cry and we, carve out our home We won't fall, as time goes by This love, begins with trust respect...’til we are dust and we, stand in love Our strength....is what we know as we...look down the road and we, move in love Our souls...together are free as friends...forever we’ll be You and me Now it's we
