ok i used my computer speaker to play a rap beat, while using voice recorder to record me and the beat.. so dont expect quality.. i wrote this and recorded it in half an hour for fun.

someome mentioned the topic of fire escape for a topical battle.. and i had an hour to kill today..

I wake up in my bed… the sound of the fire alarm
Is boomin in my head, now im tryin to escape harm
Roll on the floor n’fled, scrambling for the door
But the heat tells me I cant take that way anymore
The smoke kreeps in the room, I try to cover my face
And realize that it just got a whole lot brighter in this place
I scramble on my knees, and bump a table with a vase
Watch it smash on the ground to pieces, and question my fate
I finally get to the window, and reach for the metal lock
I hear my skin start to sizzle, its more pain than I can stop
pull back quickly, stand up into a cloud of dizzying black smoke
Cough and gulp the air.. taste ash, and I start to choke
…………………………I fall against a chair
grab and throw it through my second story window in despair
I hear the glass shatter, the hope of an answered prayer
The room bursts flames cuz I changed the pressure of the air……..
As my consciousness ebbs, and I feel im slippin into a dream
I run towards the window, and give one final guttoral scream
hands on my face, I jump through the tangled venetian screen
crash through the mess of my freedom remaining unseen
soar out of the window, and some bushes break my fall
I roll off the heap of vegetation, and once again I crawl
I stand myself up, and watch smoke billows lazily stall
And resume to pump out ash that flutters down from my wall
(windows voice recorder only gives you sixty seconds.. so i couldnt even fit the last line on.. lol)
