Yep, in a country that 1 doctor for every 319 people, only LATVIA was worse at bringing a healthy baby into this mess of a world called Life.
Latvia. I mean couldn’t it have even been a less-civilized country like Estonia or Slovenia. Well, it could have, if only the United States wasn’t a less civilized society.
Estonia ranks far better than the US on the Indexes of Economic Freedom, and both Estonia and Slovenia rank better than the US on the Worldwide Press Freedom Index; funny, I always thought Freedom of the Press and economic freedom were the staples of Uncle Sam.
But if you think I’m cherry picking information, you need to know that the US doesn’t even Rank in the Top 25 forFarming, Life Expectancy, and Unemployment. Inflation Rate, Household Income and, ironically, LITERACY!
Think you got it good? Good for you. Think your quality of living can be improved? Your right. The United States doesn’t even rank among the TOP 25 in Quality of Living.
But don’t worry! The US ranks number one in multiple categories:
Imports, Electricity Consumption, Internet usage, Television usage, and of course Military Spending. We double-up Germany on Imports and spend more than SEVEN times as much money on the Military than China.
We all know how great this country can be, but first we need to admit how bad it’s gotten. When Mexico has a lower unemployment rate, and our Military Spending dwarfs the CHINESE GOVERNMENT, I think it’s time to figure out how to get the babies out of the womb…alive.
