Story behind the song

Have you ever gone to the store with Spring fever and wanting to plant a flower garden...and low and behold there is this huge bag of stuff that looks like colored paper shavings?  The label says that it's a hold wildflower garden in a bag complete with fertilizer and everything it needs to grow... That's what this song is.
