Morian Lagartija & The Cat-O'-Nine-Tails is a band from Niksic, Montenegro, a provincial, industrial town from East Europe where you hardly can find anybody creates alt music. Very often there is a lack of electricity, there, so, reasonably, Niksic is dark town. And our music is dark, too. It's kind of mixture of Paisly Underground and early Goth music from 80s and No Depression from 90s (Mazzy Star plus Bauhaus, for example). Besides, our performaces are really attached with theatre. In a way, our concerts ARE kind of horror theatre.
