HI. We're Brian Mauer and Ben Verson. We've been writing, recording and performing music for over 35 years together. What do we call it? HMMMMMMMMMM, we're not sure. We incorporate any and all styles. We hope you will find that we have succeeded in homogenizing a unique style. Influences range from classic rock (Beatles, Who, Zeppelin) to Folk, slip in a bit of bluegrass, and an equal amount of metal, and you get...Something, without a name.

Story behind the song
This song is sung to Adam's parents by his cadre of gay friends. Adam's parents did not know Adam was gay (he was going to come out to them when he was killed on route. Adam's friends express their grief to Adam's parents as family.
Lyrics
Adam kicked the door down on his closet He was on his way to tell you when he died If this brings you pain, we didn't mean to cause it We just want you to know that we're all on your side His friends are quite an entourage of bitches But Adam was the sweetest of the crew A poster child of Abercrombie and Fitch's A polo-shirted trainer at our zoo (Chorus) Judge us if you must, but I remind you Our lives create the pageant of the show You may be shocked to know we feel like you do We all loved the same soul; we just thought you should know The fact that we are gay is not an issue. Adam was our friend and confidant. He always had a great, abiding love for you A better son a parent couldn’t want. So hear us as we share our time of grieving We cry together as a family Adam was the best of human beings And a kiss upon the world that we see. (Chorus)
