A "SOLD" icon will be placed next to the beat and I will put up a link to the artist who bought the beat. *Leasing Rights - The beat is allowed to be used on as many non-profit projects as you would like. Perfect if you are putting together a Demo or Mixtape. Tracked out versions are available for leasing but will go for an extra $10. (The quality of the MP3 or Wav will be top notch). I reserve the right to lease the beat to as many people as I would like until the Exclusive Rights are purchased for that beat. *Custom Beats - Price varies depending on what you want, and how long it takes to finish.
