Independent filmmaker Paul Pauls asked me to compose a piece that he could use as the main title for short film called Losin' Stuff. The film's main focus is on how people deal with a loss-- from as simple as a key, up to a loved one.
My approach was not to focus on the people; but on the 'things' that were lost. Hence the title. Paul loved it. Although, he used alot of 'source' music in the film; excerts from this cue were used several times. This piece was the only original music in the film. I rearranged a version of this(may upload later),with less melodic content that was used for the closing credits.
