Artist picture
Dirt Rock
John Wilkes Booth, a "Dirt Rock" band from Long Island, New York. When Long Island is mentioned Billy Joel, emo, tribute bands or bad metal comes to mind, John Wilkes Booth is the antithesis to all these things. JWB is the melting pot for separate personalities to come together to make one kick ass stew of dirty rock power. In the short time that JWB has been together they have managed to build a loyal following and land gigs at some of the areas bigger venues such as Northsix in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Hoping to bring their sound out of the local area and to the people of this great country. Keep your eyes and ears on John Wilkes Booth their power in infecting.

Lyrics
Haze The end of the night wasn’t right away We had a few things we had to put away In a mescaline haze it seemed so evident With our lives laid out our paths were made and set Then Hendrix trailed I felt so warm inside And at that time I saw my time to die It brought me back to the womb I felt consumed It’s something I made It’s something I own And if I had it all to do again I would not do it alone These are the times we tear
