The Funktion

A FRESH POWERFUL HIGH ENERGY FUNKY SOUND

The Funktion is basically a solo artist. I do all my music in my home studio. I write it, produce it and perform it. My name is Paul Holt and I live in Bolton, Manchester England. My biggest ambition in life is to be a full time musician. I would love to get the chance to tour around playing my music and getting exposed. At the moment I have just left a two year music course at college, and at the moment I’m in the process of writing new material. In the meanwhile I am playing in two bands as a bass player and doing session work as it comes to me. Over the next year I want to achieve as much experience as possible, then in the forth coming year, I can concentrate on promoting my material .
