Story behind the song
Jade's Song was written a few weeks prior to the birth of my one and only daughter. Guess what we called her? It's about the fear and anxiety a parent to be experiences about what they hope will be life changing in a good way. Incidentally, and if you've been to my site in the last year you'll know, this song was actually recorded about april LAST year, but i've decided to compile an album since then - unfortunately, i don't have the master copy of this track, and so by necessity i completely re recorded it.
