HI. We're Brian Mauer and Ben Verson. We've been writing, recording and performing music for over 35 years together. What do we call it? HMMMMMMMMMM, we're not sure. We incorporate any and all styles. We hope you will find that we have succeeded in homogenizing a unique style. Influences range from classic rock (Beatles, Who, Zeppelin) to Folk, slip in a bit of bluegrass, and an equal amount of metal, and you get...Something, without a name.

Story behind the song
Broghan (one of the deceased in the story), is the anti-hero. He is the one who is not upset at the prospect of being dead. This song, and the people singing (a bookie, an Oncologist, and a Process Server) tell why.
Lyrics
Broghan was a gambler But he never held the winning sheet (oh no) He handicapped the ponies But he never paid his debts complete (oh no) He lost the farm and then the cow I called his marker in my hand (and) If you weren’t already dead right now I’d kill you where you stand (Chorus) Losing is an art form That many undertake And losers are the artists That life seems to forsake but Broghan was Picasso on the take Broghan had a prostate Bigger than his clenching fist (oh no) He started Chemo way too late And only added to his tragic list. (oh no) The cancer was progressing nightly It spread to every organ found (and) (If he) wasn’t already boxed so tightly In seven weeks he would have hit the ground (Chorus) I handed the indictment down To Broghan’s long connected mob And one by one they ratted out The terminated slob (Chorus)
