This is, “organic music” as Scott refers to it. One should be able to lay back, at the close of a long day, make use of the melodies by finding solace in the mo
Most of the time the “band”, particularly when home demos are concerned, consists solely of me. However, when studio recording and the likes are the order of the day I’m indebted to the following, in alphabetical order for egos are at stake, for their time and talent: Ian Anderson (flute), Norm Jones (congas, percussion, drums), Eric Stephen Lambier (piano, celeste), Lisa Lambier (2nd vocal), Jon Lepage (cello), Alex Paris (upright bass). Many thanks are also owed to Mike Swain, for his engineering skills and to Sarah McDougall for her photographic representations.

Lyrics
Ring The Changes Moving fast then moving slow which way to turn you don’t even know seldom comfort no peace of mind you find you’ve gotten out of time perhaps tomorrow you will rest assured perhaps tomorrow will be no worse coastlines slipping to the sea taking you and a part of me. Chorus: Clad you stand year after year so clothed within your lifelong fears to your friends you drift away they lose more with each forgone day. Moving fast you neglect to bend and clasp the hand of a familiar friend on your own you begin to crawl on our own we’re bound to fall for yesterday’s chaff may blow away only to return another day ring the changes stand so tall tomorrow may be different after all. Chorus Moving slow your feet do give now you stand as a monolith your esoteric emotions out few to fathom what you’re all about codified within reticent rhyme stands everything I’m to find ring the changes don’t act so shy you’ve lost your mind and don’t know why. Chorus so turn your back be on your way I sense with time nothing’s changed. Words/Music C Scott Trimble
