A classic oldie... this was my first experimentation in breaks (also my first electronic track with a chorus/verse structure, acoustic instrumentation, synth sampling... the list goes on).

Intelligent Experimental electronica with breakbeat tendancies. Enjoyable sonic spaces can be found here reguardless of your genre of preference.
I enjoy electronic music because the only limits I have are the limits of my imagination. In each of my songs I try to risk something, I always try to push myself until I find my boundaries, and then I push through them. The result? Every song exists in a musical space of it's own, which I've enjoyed being able to revisit again and again as the years have passed. I love the infinite possibilities of music, and I've come to love the fact that I could never possibly know everything there is to know about it. I've decided to share a few of my pieces. You'll find works dating back to my earliest experiments with electronic instruments. I encourage you to listen actively.

Story behind the song
The idea began with the arpegiated synth line, from there I added the guitar and the rest fell into place rather quickly.
Lyrics
As the rain falls down, can you hear the sound? Once upon a midnight storm the sky was clear the air was warm, I felt alone my heart forlorn, my soul was drenched from the downpour. You walked alone then stood in place, I held my arms out to embrace. Pure rain adorned your radiant face, gone with the rain you dissipate. Look to my hands, wet with what was, puddles remain there with my love. The tempest leaves without just cause, my racing thoughts suddenly pause. Monsoons gather over my head, the quiet storm returns again. Clear rain becomes your lips of red soaked through and through your skin so wet.
