Story behind the song
To whom it may concern, This is Soraia Mirzada, Syed Jamal’s mother, his ID# is YTH865136828. My son needed a physical exam for school purposes. First, I made an appointment with Dr. Hong J. because he was the primary care for my son, but my son missed 2 days of school one of which he had an important test to make up. Every time we tried to make an appointment with them but they denied and gave us a hard time to make the 3rd appointment. Finally, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Satar Ahmadi and he gave my son the physical exam for $75, which I paid (3-8-06). They did not cooperate with his insurance.
