Hard-rocking, guitar-driven blues-influenced music.
Note June 2024: All of the songs with a RED guitar picture tag to the left were recorded LIVE over backing tracks created with an Nux Loop Core and an Ammoon Pock-Rock. Glarry GTL semi-hollow tele copy guitar used. Mini digital voice recorder with Shure and Fender mikes captured it all live. All the songs with yellow guitar picture tag are the previously recorded blues style songs. These are some songs I started writing and recorded in late 2005, early 2006. I recorded them at home in my loft using cassette machines and a couple of microphones. Pretty barebones stuff. I keep writing and adding new songs as I get the motivation. Life provides lots of that. Check out the videos that I just added, all performed with Crazy Mixed Up World. (see Crazy Mixed up World at reverbnation.com). Songs sound best with headphones.

Story behind the song
I was a marketing major and it all seemed so innocent them.
Lyrics
WAG THE DOG(DP) (Written by David R. Pankoski Mar 2006) We see it on TV every day, subliminal messages your actions swayed. Without it your life isnt complete, something to wear, something you eat. Gotta have it to cure your ills, get it up with little purple pills. Not to worry full page warnings, Just lawyerspeak take one every morning. Newspapers full of marketing trash, magazine models milky moustache. Black & white or glossy tempatations, overexpose & inundate the nation. Scantily clad is sure to sell, scratch & sniff scents do well. Fold-out layouts surely beckon, Hef had it right now didnt he. Endless messages have you surrounded, endless choices have you confounded. On your clothes on your hats, on your shoes even on basesball bats. Faint images on the TV screen, subliminal socialization so obscene. Airwaves host endless debate, same all day & doesnt end late Same old same old everyday, cant seem to make them go away. Bad marketing killed the other wars over there, Theyve polished their methods so now you should care. Doesnt matter that it costs dearly, you can write it off on your taxes yearly. Yes its the right thing to do, just sign away the nations youth. Waste everything on an undeserving people, lest we forget those at home. The most ridiculous message of all, Good old Uncle Sam is gonna take care of you. Get off your ass you lazy b*** , I dont go to work every day to support your dead heap of undeserving flesh. Theyve got you thinking that you deserve everything life has to offer.... Well, you know what, youve actually got to do something to get what you think you deserve you cretin. I work too damn hard to be giving it all away to your type.
