December 25th 2005 a day ill never forget Almost lost my mind as I answered my phone Cries came from the other line my baby alone In pain it seem a night mare or dream id hope id be But I was wide-awake with my baby yelling for me Her cries were for me to go get her So I begged god to please spare her I feared the worse I wont lie Please don’t let my baby end up in a hearse With closed eyes I jump up in a hurry got dress in a hurry everything seemed blurry I kept shouting BABY BABY she kept yelling to hurry I was I did grab my keys and ran down the stairs Hop in my truck riding with three wheels and a prayer A spare shouldn’t drive over 55 or on the freeway But nothing could keep my away from baby no way Speeding on the streets trying to figure out what was going on Baby still crying on the phone panicking not telling me what’s wrong Then yelled, “I crashed baby” I said “oh my god” “where you at baby” East bound on a bill take off nine “hurry please hurry” im on my way baby Thinking to my self how could this have happen A minute a go I was with her on the phone talking I was on the freeway gunning it speeding over a bill 10 But all I could think of was getting to my baby and holding her in my hands I got to the spot where she was suppose to be And started tripping when I seen lights from an ambulance and police I jump out my truck and ran to her as fast as I could I thanked god when I seen she was scared but doing good Holding me like she hadn’t seen me in a lifetime I was glad my baby know she can count on me I’m her lifeline I checked her to check she was fine she was good and happy to see me Still I couldn’t stop her from crying and shaking frantically I thank god everyday he didn’t take my lady away from me And Ill love my baby till I die…………….Nah eternally Ill always love you baby (till I die)
