Story behind the song
This song was an attempt to redress the fact that I feel too much emphasis is on the individual in contemporary worship music, and I wanted to write a song that was very definitely about expressing a collective will on the part of God's people to serve and worship Him. As with all my songs, it's performance is undergoing constant refinement and improvement, with the version featured here the latest and (I think) best.
