Formed in the fall of 2005, Cooper Union plays songs that are deeply rooted in the American soil. Comprised of Tony Califano on Wurlitzer piano, acoustic and electric guitars, Justin Fuld on electric guitar, Shawn Charniga on bass and Derek Dobson on Drums they play organically charged tunes. With strong ties to R&B, Folk, Country and Roots Rock they may very well make you shake your ass off or relax and ponder the moment. Don’t be surprised if a hint of jazz or a dash of funk pops up in a Cooper Union set as well.
