A departure from the Progressive Rock nature of the CD to dive into an acoustic, folk pool with guitars, banjos and a hammer dulcimer played by Jen Kravitz.

If the Beatles, Pink Floyd, and the Eels made a baby, they would name it Phanta Morgana, and it would be the most popular kid in school. Thanks for a great albu
Lonely Llama Music was so named because I frequently work alone. Not because I'm an unfriendly sort, but because my closest neighbors are deer, bears and such. I wear lots of hats on my projects: Producer, Writer, Engineer, O yeah-Musician, Publicist. This does carry the significant benefit of allowing one to work in one's underwear at 0300. I do, however, depend on good friends like Craig Bartock who Co-Produced and displayed his considerable performance talent on "Phanta Morgana", to supply me with the necessary reality checks...sometimes (infrequently, but on occasion), a bagpipe is just uncalled for.

Story behind the song
Ever wonder what someone meant after they'd walked away? In this case, he floated away...Bellyup.
Lyrics
Bellyup Weren't we comfortable here in our plexiglass sphere? I always knew what you were thinking. But it seems you were fooled, your plug has been pulled. You stare straight ahead without blinking. Come down for a minute, explain it to me. Tell me again how you're feeling. 'Bout the Big Hands that made us, that want us to know... But you're floating away through the ceiling. How can you know what has not been explained? How can you see in the dark? Why do you think that the answer's so clear, When your floating away to the ceiling? How can you know what has not been explained? How can you see in the dark? Why would you say that the answer is clear, When your floating away through the ceiling? Floating away through the ceiling... Gone belly up to the ceiling. Words and Music by Ken Dixon Lonely Llama Music BMI
