A dark tale to be sure, unless you're into internet porn, stalking and murder. Features Craig Bartock on guitar.

If the Beatles, Pink Floyd, and the Eels made a baby, they would name it Phanta Morgana, and it would be the most popular kid in school. Thanks for a great albu
Lonely Llama Music was so named because I frequently work alone. Not because I'm an unfriendly sort, but because my closest neighbors are deer, bears and such. I wear lots of hats on my projects: Producer, Writer, Engineer, O yeah-Musician, Publicist. This does carry the significant benefit of allowing one to work in one's underwear at 0300. I do, however, depend on good friends like Craig Bartock who Co-Produced and displayed his considerable performance talent on "Phanta Morgana", to supply me with the necessary reality checks...sometimes (infrequently, but on occasion), a bagpipe is just uncalled for.

Story behind the song
Sexual predator becomes obscessed with a girl on a porn website, loses the ability to distinguish reality from fantasy, and ultimately stalks and kills her to keep her "safe" from the other "leering boys"; you know...the usual love song. Not too very different from the Headlines on any given day.
Lyrics
Predators (Digital You, Virtual Me) Ooh, Delilah. I see you in my home. Through the wires, you came in on your own. Playing in the shower you look so good to me. When we're together it's like we're on TV! Virtual lover on the glowing screen. A blonde delight, a poor boy's dream. It's a little bit crazy, I guess I agree. Digital you, and virtual me. Silk and satin nestled on your bed. Hair like platinum, lips of cherry-red. Warming by the fire, I hear you call my name. Turning back the pages recalled to me again. Virtual lover on the glowing screen. A blonde delight, a poor boy's dream. It's a little bit crazy, I think I agree. Digital you, and virtual me. I know that you have a real live heart. You're a lovely girl. But you're not too smart. I'll protect you here from the leering boys and the predators in the on-line noise. I know that you have a real live heart. You're a lovely girl. But you're not too smart. I'll protect you here from the leering boys and the predators in the on-line noise. Virtual lover on the glowing screen. A blonde delight, a poor boy's dream. It's a little bit crazy, you know I agree. Digital you, and virtual me. I see you quiver, I hear you scream. Digital you, and virtual me. Words and Music by Ken Dixon Lonely Llama Music BMI
