Disposable pop and gimmickry be the order of the day in the mainstream music world of the sunny islands of the Philippines,Pigsqueal is literal irony in its most musical form. Post-existentialist musings conveyed in the absolute power of musical notes (or lack thereof) and expression. This project aspires to the truth in music, using the weapon of cheap antics employed by the mainstream music mob to convey the message.Pigsqueal is the folly side project by nuncyspungens front man, Phil Coufal while being assisted by veterans of the local Indie scene (see members) The philosophy of the recordings were always clear and followed with the strictest principle; no setup, no pre-planning, no theme or focus, no education.. only streams of consciousness, captured on disk.
