Story behind the song

This song is about the universal questions of life. 
Who we are, Where we come from, Why we are here and Where is here anyway? 
Out of all the knowledge we have gathered over the centuries nothing truly 
explains the real question at hand. Why? Simply why. 
This song is about the times I have layed awake wondering why. 
All I have come up with so far is that we are what we are. 
Life is what we make of it for we are all each in our own world. 
What is real is you and me under the heavens, the sun, the moon and the stars. 
I am sure we have all asked these same questions. But does anyone truly have answer? 
I feel the true answer is beyond our comprehention. 
I truly believe that the wisest man knows that he knows nothing at all.
