Story behind the song
Here's another beat I laced. This will also be used for my next album Lyricist II Society. On this beat, I don't have a subject yet, but I know it's gonna be somethin serious. On Lyricist II Society I plan to get real introspective. On New Black City the fans will meet Louis S. Black the rapper, on Lyricist II Society the fans can meet my government name and the day to day person within it. Production wise I also produced Chrystyle, Bustdown, and Dope Fiend Lean. Enjoy.
