ITO grew up in the western suburbs of CHICAGO, but found himself in foster care at the age of 13. Soon after, ITO got plugged and started to spend the majority of his time in CHICAGO. Here he found the brotherhood he was looking for, but was also acquainted with the pain and heartache of the street life. Because of this, he would find himself in and out of juvenile detention centers for the rest of his teenage years. While being locked up, he realized that god had given him a better purpose in life. He would find this purpose by utilizing his god given skills as an artist. ITO is an artist in every essence of the word. His artistical talents range from rapping to tattooing and graphic design. Despite his setbacks, ITO has managed to attain a bachelor’s degree in GRAPHIC DESIGN from Columbia College and pursue a musical career. Ito currently resides in AURORA, IL and is working overtime to make the record label he co-founded, ILL STATE RECORDS, a household name. Don’t think he’s gotten soft on you.
